Everything Brewed is a log of sorts used to review and discuss things related to brewed beverages, especially beer.

I started venturing into the world of craft beer in about 2000. I just knew that there had to be something available that was better than typical light beer. Turns out that I was correct, and if you are reading this blog, then there's a chance that you have had a similar experience. And if you haven't, I hope that you will be encouraged to branch out after reading some of my posts.

As I mentioned, I will focus mainly on beer here on the EB Brew Reviews, however, there will be the occasional mention of distilled spirits, liqueurs, coffee and wine.

So why trust me and my opinions? Well I mentioned before that I have been doing this for quite some time (11 years at the time of this writing), so reason #1 is because I have tried a lot of different beers. And once I started trying them and noticed there could be so many different flavors, I began to explore what I could do with that knowledge. That led me to home brewing. So reason #2 is that I know how beer comes together and where the different flavors come from. I then encouraged any person who would listen to start trying different brews, even teaching some home brewing along the way. So reason #3 is that I have a passion for brewed beverages that rivals that of probably anyone you know.

I look forward to sharing thoughts on different beer styles and flavors with you and offering food pairings tips and advise to you. Spending 5 minutes with me once a week or so has the potential to expand your mind and palate.
